| My pen buzzes on the paper I have just printed. What could cause this? |
| | There are a couple of common reasons for this:
- Incorrect driver: Fruits recommends using a PCL 6 driver for your printer. You should install that driver for your printer, for best results. Note that if you are using the OKI 6100 printer, you can use the PCL 6 driver for the OKI 5900 printer, as they are physically the same.
- Black lines or text are present on the page: If you are using any black or gray elements on the page, you should enable the Limited Colors option in the print dialog. This will ensure better print quality.
- Incorrect laser printer used: Fruits recommends that only printers qualified by Anoto are used.

| Whenever I dock the pen, it immediately says ”Nothing to download”. Why does it not download what I write? |
| | You are probably using the pen suite that can be downloaded from the Logitech website. That pen suite is created for consumer products, and can therefore not read the forms created by PPOD.
You should download the drivers found under Prerequisites on this website. |
